Dairy & Gluten-free Smoothie Recipe!

I have recently discovered an amazing gluten-free and dairy-free smoothie recipe, so I had to share it with all of you! Not only is this smoothie incredibly delectable, but it will satisfy your sweet tooth whilst staying on your diet! Now, lets whip up a yummy & healthy on-the-go treat!

{Ingredients}
1 cup of soy milk (used as a base; can be flavored or unflavored)
1/2 avocado (used for a smooth consistency)
Cocao flavoring (used for a chocolate taste, without too many unneeded calories)
3 cups of ice (used for the chill factor)
1 whole banana (used for taste; optional ingredient)
Handful of strawberries (used for taste; optional ingredient)

Blend these ingredients together until your desired consistency, and enjoy!
